About the Course
This session is an inclusive, virtual version of a traditional improvisational workshop. Participants have an easy-going and encouraging environment to hone their comedic and acting skills, including style, timing, free association abilities, and more.
Advance the storyline with the tools of improvisation, including "Yes, And..." responses and "What if.." indulgences of imagination. Facilitator and fellow participants offer constructive guidance and feedback to help the individual advance their performance skills.
Improvisation workshops are enjoyable and valuable for anyone of any age. This workshop is generalized for an adult population, and is designed to be inclusive, meaning encouraged for neuro-typical, autistic and special needs populations alike. We all benefit from interacting and learning from each other. Please remember to be kind and supportive with your feedback.
Note: If you are interested this workshop for an adolescent or a child, please message me and we can schedule a youth-focused session.
